7mm Neoprene Knee Sleeves
7mm Neoprene Knee Sleeves
Our 7mm Neoprene Knee Sleeves are thick and sturdy, designed to provide ultimate support while remaining flexible! The sleeves provide consistent compression during your entire lift.
Great for any strength athletes and powerlifters performing heavy lifts!
They're meant to have a tighter fit; check the sizing chart for details.
Traits: 7mm, "70% SBR Rubber / 30% Polyester"
Sizing:
Loosely measure the circumference of the knee joint around your knee cap when your knee is straight. Size up for a more conservative fit (easier to put on & warmth), or if your calves measure larger than your knee joint by 1" or more.
Size | Knee Joint (Inches) |
XS | 11-12 |
S | 12-13 |
M | 13-14 |
L | 14-15 |
XL | 15-16 |
2XL | 16-17 |
***Based on the size chart above, these will not just slip on; they will fit snugly (as they are meant to for maximal loads). If you want a looser fit, size up.****

I got these for myself right before the holidays. Took them out the package but did not try them until today, January 2nd. Sadly they did not fit. Though I measured my knee before placing my order, I did not measure my calf. My knee size fell under the small category, so that’s what I ordered. Today I measured my calves and they fall between a medium (13-14) and maybe even the large (14-15). I’m now uncertain which to buy AND a now have great, quality knee sleeves I cannot/will not ever use. So in summary, measure your calves before ordering.
These are my first pair of knee sleeves and I'm loving them so far. I have a bad right knee and these have been a game changer for me as a baby powerlifter. I got an XL off the size chart and probably could've gone down a size for more compression, but they're getting the job done for now and will be great to get used to.
I needed to size up from what I thought I would need. My measurement was 14-15, and I originally ordered a Large and they were tight around my calves. Customer service was great and I returned it for the XL. The XL fits a little loose at first, but once I’ve warmed up they fit as they should and do exactly what they’re supposed to.
I can't get these past my calves. I measured my knees sized up as instructed for calves. They simply don't move past the calf. Which is fine no big deal. Except I can't easily figure out how to contact customer service to either work out an exchange or return of possible. Any direction would be awesome thanks!
